Welcome!
The Lehigh Valley Anticoagulation Management Service (AMS)
helps you and your doctor manage your treatment with anticoagulant
medications. Anticoagulant medications such as warfarin or
low-molecular weight heparin are often prescribed for patients
who have experienced stroke, atrial fibrillation, pulmonary
embolism or deep vein thrombosis, or have had heart valve
replacement surgery. Patients who are starting therapy, who
are in the middle of therapy, or who are on chronic therapy
can utilize the AMS.
